2. Eligibility

3. Ownership of miCucina

miCucina, including all software, source code, visual designs, graphics, branding, logos, trademarks, databases, artificial intelligence systems, and proprietary technologies are owned by Chef Rick, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

4. Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use miCucina for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the application
  • Attempt to access source code
  • Copy app functionality to create competing products
  • Remove copyright notices
  • Use automated scraping tools
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Interfere with platform operation

6. User Content

Recipes, notes, photos, comments, challenge entries, and other content you create remain your property.

You grant miCucina a worldwide licence to store, process, display, and transmit such content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Future Social Features

Future versions of miCucina may include:

  • Friends lists
  • Cooking competitions
  • Leaderboards
  • Achievements
  • User profiles
  • Community participation

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, suspend, or restrict content or participation that violates these Terms.

8. Community Standards

Users may not:

  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Impersonate another person
  • Manipulate rankings or challenge results
  • Upload unlawful content
  • Post offensive or harmful material
  • Attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities

9. Artificial Intelligence Features

miCucina may use AI-powered technologies for recipe parsing, Smart Import, nutrition estimation, recipe suggestions, and future features.

AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies.

10. Nutrition Disclaimer

Nutritional information provided by miCucina is estimated and provided solely for informational purposes.

It is not medical advice, dietary advice, or allergy guidance.

11. Future Paid Features

Certain features may require a paid subscription in future versions.

Subscription terms will be disclosed before purchase.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

miCucina is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chef Rick, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Reliance on AI-generated information

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chef Rick, LLC from claims arising from your misuse of miCucina.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Chef Rick, LLC, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
